Fitness classes

The Fitness Studio comes complete with sprung floor, full length mirrors, dance bars and sound system. A programme of Fitness and Dance classes such as gentle exercise, circuit, bootcamp and running are available throughout the year and cater for all ages and abilities.

Coronavirus situation as at 5 January 2021

The gym is now closed and we are not able to run our normal schedule of classes at the Centre (detailed below).  However we are very pleased to be able to offer these same classes online by zoom.   These classes are at the times indicated below. Classes must be paid for in advance and are £6 per class, £24 for four classes (eg one per week) or £32 for as many classes as you wish for the month.  Please pay via the zoom paypal button below and then email us to book into the relevant class.

There is a transaction charge for payments of 1.4% plus 20p per transaction which is the banking fee incurred. The total charge payable is shown in each section.

These classes are:

Mondays     7 -8am. Early morning bootcamp.

Mondays    9.30 -10.30am. Fit for Life.

Tuesdays    6 -7am. Early morning bootcamp.

Wednesdays   9.30 – 10.30am. Walking Circuit.

Wednesdays   6-7pm. Core Strength and Mobility.

Wednesdays  7.30 -8.30pm. Circuit Training.

Thursdays   6 -7am. Early morning bootcamp.

Fit for Life

Monday mornings from 9.30 to 10.30am

A keep fit class concentrating on strength and conditioning around joints.


Monday morning from 7 to 8am, Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6 to 7am
Start the week by exercising outside in a fitness session to kick start your metabolism for the day and increase energy levels.

Walking circuit

Wednesday mornings from 9.30-10.30am

This is gentle circuit exercise and is a peer led group with imput from the gym instructor. It concentrates on strength and conditioning around joints as well as some core work to help keep fit and active.

Circuit Training

Wednesday evenings from 7.30-8.30pm

This is a class where you can do intense circuit training. Come along and improve your fitness levels.




Anyone for Tennis?

We have a great tennis offer!  Take up a yearly tennis membership for just £35 for individuals and £50 for families and play tennis as often as you like!   Alternatively pay £3 per hour for adults (£1.50 for children) to hire the tennis courts.  We also have our adults tennis club on Mondays from 6-8pm – new members always welcome.
